Killeen Wedding and Event Venues
Whether it’s a wedding, a quinceanera, a birthday party, a concert or a black tie event, big or small the Killeen area is a great place to host your celebration. As an event photographer I’ve personally had the opportunity to work in several of these venues taking photos of guests having a great time.
Some notes going forward, this is not a “The best wedding venues in Killeen” list, or a best of list at all, I won’t be comparing the venues to each other, it’s simply a collection of some great venues in the Killeen, Harker Heights and Nolanville area. To make my list I either needed to have worked at the venue before as a wedding or event photographer and enjoyed my experience there, or that venue has an updated and easy to navigate website.
Killeen Civic and Conference Center
Let’s start with the largest venue in the area Killeen Civic and Conference Center.
Hosting thousands of events as well as some prestigious conventions. The Killeen Civic and Conference Center (KC3) boasts 12 large to small meeting rooms, three large ballrooms one at 15,600 sqft, two at 3,900, with the option to all three into one giant space totaling 23,400 square feet and fitting 1,000 banquet style chairs or 2,000 theater style. Check out the whole floor plan here. KC3 is a great place to host large weddings, black tie events, fundraisers, office meetings and more.

Brick & Barrel
Located in the heart of downtown Killeen, this beautiful little venue is sure to please any newly engaged couple. The covered outdoor patio is accented by a large central fireplace along the back wall, with a green covered walkway and patio. Though small with only a 100 person maximum the venue does have private dressing rooms, an indoor bar, ice machine and a caterers prep kitchen to help make any event a full one.

Settles Point Special Event Center
Located right at the edge of Harker Heights near the long Stillhouse Hollow Bridge. This stunning banquet hall is built inside of a classic farm and ranch looking building and comfortably seats 150 guests. With vaulted ceilings, a marble dance floor, stage area, a panoramic view of Stillhouse Hollow Lake, and an abundance of windows that cover the room in natural light you’re nearly guaranteed to be bathed in good light for photos. The Atrium with its grand staircase and Parlor with its hardwood floors and fireplace are favorite spaces for greeting guests, setting up gift tables, or serving drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Settles Point even offers several shaded outdoor areas under large trees or pergolas to keep yourself and guests cool during a hot summer wedding or event. To top it off, the venue features six large suites with lounging areas, private baths, and king-size beds. Each suite includes custom color and styling details, and artwork throughout.

Killeen Arts and Activites Center
Located in downtown Killeen, this versatile venue can accommodate various events, including weddings.
In 2004, the City of Killeen and county staff explored the need to provide a more comprehensive social service facility to meet the growing needs of the Killeen community. Instead of constructing a new building. In December 2006 the Killeen City Council approved the purchase of the Killeen Arts & Activities Center, formerly known as First Baptist Church. In 2010, construction began to redevelop the church and turn it into a space for social, education, civic, and performing arts services.
Construction was complete in March 2012 and the Killeen Arts & Activities Center was bornIt features multiple spaces, such as a theater, courtyard, pavilion, and dressing rooms, which can be customized to fit your wedding theme. The center is known for its convenience and flexibility, making it a popular choice for larger weddings

The Social Instance
The Social Instance in Killeen is a delightful wedding venue known for hosting celebrations of all sizes and styles. This cozy spot can accommodate up to 64 seated guests in its welcoming space, which includes amenities like a sound system and projector, a kitchenette for caterers, open seating plans, and more. The banquet hall, with its classic design and elegant features, is perfect for a dinner and dancing reception, making it an ideal choice for a memorable wedding celebration.
